We're seeking a passionate Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining for every guest and member.
What You'll Do
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and culinary strategy
- Oversee food preparation to ensure top‑tier quality, consistency, presentation, and flavor
- Manage ordering, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost‑control initiatives
- Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Train, mentor, and guide kitchen staff to foster a positive, high‑performance team
- Assist with recipe development, testing, and seasonal menu innovation
- Ensure smoothmunication across culinary, stewarding, and F&B teams
- Step into leadership roles as needed to support overall kitchen success

Pay Range:
$60,000
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 1-2 years of guest service experience in a hotel or resort environment, or an equivalentbination of education and experience
3-5 years of experience in fine dining or high‑volume culinary environments
Culinary degree or ACF certification preferred
Strong leadership,munication, andanizational skills
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to guest needs
Commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional guest service
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
