We are currently hiring for a specialized roles to join our opening team:
Sushi Chef Position:
Sushi Chef The artist behind our fresh sushi bar.
Responsibilities:
High-Volume Production:
Prepare nigiri and specialty rolls with speed and consistency for an AYCE environment.
Fish Preparation:
Break down whole fish and manage the raw bar inventory to ensure maximum freshness.
Quality Control:
Maintain high presentation standards even during peak dinner rushes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the kitchen team to time ticket orders perfectly with the BBQ service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook. Strong knowledge of fish handling, safety, and knife skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Schedule:
