Sushi Chef

Job Overview As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi rolls that delight our customers while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Duties Prepare and present sushi rolls in accordance with restaurant standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques and best practices. Manage inventory levels of sushi ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Assist line cooks as needed with cooking or prep Experience Previous experience in catering or dietary aide roles is a plus but not required. The ability to speak English AND Spanish would be ideal
