Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines. Assist in menu planning, ensuring a variety of nutritious options are available. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food handling processes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Handle food items safely, adhering to all health regulations and standards. Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing fine dining experiences. Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation. Sometimes should be willing to do dish washing as needed. Requirements Experience atleast 3 - 4 years needed in an American and/or Mexican cuisine. Team player. Must have reliable transportation. Spanish is a plus!! Current Food workers card. Plan to work with us long term. Looking for local candidates only living around Vancouver, Camas or Washougal.
