The ideal candidate values hospitality, understands the rhythm of a sushi dining experience, and takes pride in anticipating guest needs to provide an excellent dining experience. Key Responsibilities Provide warm and attentive service throughout the guest experience Guide guests through the menu, including sushi, rolls, omakase, and beverage offerings Maintain timing and flow of service in coordination with the sushi chefs and kitchen Set, reset, and maintain dining areas to restaurant standards Handle reservations, seating, guest inquiries professionally Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining room Uphold service standards and etiquette Qualifications Must have knowledge of sushi, Japanese cuisine, sake Must have previous experience in an upscale full-service restaurant Attention to detail and very strong communication skills Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Selection Process Apply with a resume Only qualified candidates will be contacted for an in-person interview Selected candidates will be placed on a two week training & evaluation period
