As a key player in our hospitality operation, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery Plan and develop menus that align with brand standards, customer preferences, and dietary requirements Oversee food handling, preparation, and presentation to maintain top quality standards Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and order supplies to optimize kitchen operations Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff and overseeing daily kitchen operations Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions Monitor food costs and manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a positive work environment Requirements Proven experience in fine dining kitchens with a strong background in food production and service management Extensive banquet experience along with catering expertise Supervising experience in a fast-paced hospitality or restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications required by local health authorities Strong culinary skills with proficiency in cooking techniques across diverse cuisines Experience with inventory management, inventory control, and food handling procedures Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills Familiarity with menu planning, kitchen management software, and shift coordination Background in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us as a Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
