In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Pakistani dishes that delight our guests and elevate our dining experience. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen management, and culinary innovation will contribute to creating memorable meals in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong background in fine dining and food service management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents while leading a team dedicated to excellence. Duties Prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes with authenticity and precision, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and maintaining food safety standards. Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering teamwork, training new employees, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Manage menu planning for daily service, catering events, and special occasions, incorporating dietary considerations as needed. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies efficiently, and control food costs to optimize kitchen productivity. Ensure timely food service delivery in both restaurant and banquet settings while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Enforce strict food handling procedures and uphold health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests. Qualifications Proven experience in Pakistani cuisine with a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques. Prior banquet experience with the ability to manage large-scale catering operations. Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of dietary requirements and the ability to modify dishes accordingly. Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to manage a team effectively. Experience in fine dining environments or upscale restaurants is preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
