ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Chop vegetables, slice meats, prepare sauces and other food preparation. Plate each course as shown by Chef Tori. Work with a sense of urgency and timeliness. Set up and break down culinary line. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen. Stock inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
We expect good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to do a variety of tasks, including but not limited to washing dishes, busing tables, and polishing glasses and flatware. Must have an interest in food and wine. Must have basic knife skills. Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic cooking methods. Must be self-motivated and a team player. Must multitask in a clean and efficient way. Must take direction, prioritize and execute tasks. Shows commitment to excellence and high standards in work product. Must have a valid WA Food Handlers Certificate Team members are required to take an online MAST course and pass the exam. Fluent in English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations, if available, may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Ability to lift and move 50 pounds repeatedly. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to stoop, kneel and crouch occasionally. Ability to effectively stock food and wine, set-up and break down procedures, equipment, etc. and be able to utilize dolly cart and assist in moving heavy objects. Ability to understand and accurately follow written and verbal instructions.

Wednesdays:
12:30PM close (approximately 8pm)
Thursdays:
12:30PM•close (approximately 8pm)
Fridays:
12:30am close (approximately 8pm)
Saturdays:
11:30am close (approximately 8pm)
Sundays:
11:30am•close (approximately 7pm)
COMPENSATION
$18•20 This is a full-time position paid hourly plus pooled tips.
