Sous Chef
  • Anduzzi's Sports Club Full-Time Anduzzi's Sports Club is a vibrant and dynamic sports bar and restaurant known for delivering exceptional service, great food, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
We are a go-to destination for sports fans, food lovers, and social gatherings. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team and elevate our culinary execution. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety while supporting and developing the team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating Ensure all menu items meet company standards for quality, consistency, and presentation Supervise and direct kitchen staff, providing training, coaching, and leadership on the line Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste through proper product management Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas Help implement systems and processes that improve kitchen efficiency and execution Step in during peak service to maintain flow, support the team, and ensure guest satisfaction Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance in the kitchen Collaborate with leadership on menu execution, specials, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or strong line lead in a high-volume environment Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and presentation standards Proven leadership ability with experience training and developing team members Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety regulations; certification preferred Passion for culinary excellence and continuous growth Join the Anduzzi's Team If you're ready to take the next step in your culinary career and lead in a high-energy, team-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
