Sous Chef Location:
Milwaukee Metro Area, WI Salary:
$60,000-$70,000
Benefits:

Property Description:
AAA Four Diamond, 1,300-acre luxury resort with multiple dining venues and year-round amenities.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of food management experience in multi-outlet or high-volume operations Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and cost controls Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
Requirements:
Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available) Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physically able to lift up to 200 lbs and work in varied temperature environments
