INDIAN CROSSING CASINO EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
Waupaca, Wisconsin Indian Crossing Casino is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our leadership team on the beautiful Chain O' Lakes in Waupaca, Wisconsin. This position works directly with director of operations and culinary leadership to oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, staff development, catering, weddings, live entertainment events, and restaurant service.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage kitchen operations Train and develop culinary team members Maintain food quality and consistency Assist with menu development and seasonal features Manage food cost and inventory Ensure sanitation and safety compliance Execute high-volume service during peak summer season Support weddings, special events, and catering operations
Qualifications:
3+ years culinary leadership experience Strong leadership and communication skills High-volume restaurant experience preferred Ability to lead by example Passion for hospitality and guest experience
