INDIAN CROSSING CASINO SOUS CHEF
Join one of Wisconsin's most iconic waterfront destinations.

Indian Crossing Casino is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to help lead daily culinary operations in our restaurant, banquet, and catering programs.
Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen team during service Ensure food quality and presentation standards Assist with ordering and inventory Support menu execution and development Train and mentor kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Qualifications:
Previous line or kitchen management experience Strong organizational skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented attitude Passion for food and hospitality
