  • ,•West Virginia (US-WV) •The Role at a glance:•We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our collegiate dining team in Morgantown, WV.
As an executive chef for WVU Hospitality Group, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious, healthy food for guests.
  • What you'll be doing:
  • + Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. + Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. + Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
  • What we're looking for:

Must-haves:
_ + At least 5 years of progressive high -volume culinary experience. + At least 3 years of culinary leadership experience overseeing the planning and execution of catering events + Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. + Experience with budget statements. _
Nice-to-haves:
_ + Associate's / Bachelors degree in culinary arts + higher education experience is a plus!
