Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Back of House staff member. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, and supporting the front of house staff as needed.
Schedule:
  • Must be available Tuesday-Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm and / or Saturdays 11:00am-9:00pm.
Duties:
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
  • Ensure that all food items are properly stored and labeled
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
