Description Job Summary:
The Spa Concierge is responsible for ensuring proper guest flow of each guest and coordinating the spa schedule. This includes greeting all guests with a warm welcome, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, charging for services performed, retailing products and gift cards and keeping the spa & front desk clean and organized. The Spa Concierge will also be responsible for communication and sales such as memberships, packages and social media platforms. More specifically, our amazing Spa Concierge will:
- Welcome and provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door. Serving each guest with care and kindness.
- Accurately book, change, and cancel spa appointments.
- Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time with Aphros greeting. Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests.
- Be on time for your shift. Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
- Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency. Answer the phone promptly and use the guest's name throughout the phone conversation.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. Use social media and rewards app to promote spa services, memberships, packages and its employees.
- Educates the guest on Aphros Beauty menu, total experience which includes a warm welcome, offering refreshments for all appointments, check in, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience prior to start of a treatment.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area.
- Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. Aphros Beauty Permanent Make-Up & Spa offers:

Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask. Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Must possess basic math and money handling skills. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent communication, listening and computer skills. Exceptional time management awareness. Exceptional team player.
