Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using efficient computer and office management skills Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about spa services with professional phone etiquette Maintain accurate scheduling by managing calendars and appointment bookings through Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized booking software Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining guest records with high attention to detail Provide excellent customer support by addressing guest needs promptly, supporting their spa experience from start to finish Recommend holistic services within the spa to our guests Assist practitioners with wellness services Maintain a welcoming and clean environment for our guests Qualifications Proven experience in front desk operations or office management within a hospitality or wellness setting Strong computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests Previous spa concierge experience Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and filing systems Personal assistant or office support experience is advantageous but not required Join our team as a Spa Concierge where your enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service will help guests unwind and feel valued.
