Responsibilities Engage with customers in multiple languages, including but not limited to English, Vietnamese, Greek, Arabic, Italian, Mandarin, French, Korean, Hebrew, Russian, Tagalog, Danish, Hindi, Japanese, Thai, Portuguese, Dutch, Cantonese, Turkish, Polish, Urdu, Gujarati, Khmer, Punjabi, and others. Address customer inquiries promptly via phone, email or chat channels with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist customers with account management tasks such as updating information or resolving issues related to orders or services. Manage conflict situations with patience and tact while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using organizational and typing skills. Support logistics by coordinating appointments or deliveries when necessary. Requirements Fluency in English plus at least one additional language from the following list: Vietnamese, Greek, Arabic, Italian, Mandarin Chinese (including Cantonese), French, Korean, Hebrew, Russian, Tagalog (Filipino), Danish, Hindi, Japanese, Thai, Portuguese (including Brazilian Portuguese), Dutch (Netherlands), Turkish (Turkey), Polish (Poland), Urdu (Pakistan), Gujarati (India), Khmer (Cambodia), Punjabi (India/Pakistan). Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles; supervisory or management experience is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities. Basic math skills for handling billing or order calculations accurately. Ability to handle heavy lifting or physical tasks when required for logistics support. Familiarity with conflict management techniques and maintaining professionalism under pressure. Experience in hospitality or aviation industries is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated leadership qualities and supervisory experience preferred for team coordination roles.
