Job Description

The Amenities Concierge is responsible for providing unparalleled service to our guests and owners, while delivering a wonderful experience for lifetime memories. Daily Duties for this
Position:
Communicate to guests/owners about local restaurants, golf courses and attractions in rain or shine. Disperse sporting equipment for Resort usage. Assist guest/owners with the use of the gaming amenities, provided by Caribe, The Resort. Perform minor housekeeping duties, when necessary, to ensure a safe and presentable work and customer environment. Perform dispatch and guest/owner pick-up and drop-off communications as necessary for facilitating timely and courteous transitions. The qualified Concierge candidate must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Superior customer service skills. Comfort with using technology to communicate with staff. Knowledge of the immediate area around the resort and of Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Foley attractions. Experience interacting with customers in a service environment preferred. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Clean cut, well-spoken, and dependable. This position is part-time OR full-time.
