Full-Time | In-Office Position Overview Recover Restore Revive is seeking an exceptional Patient Experience Concierge to serve as the face of our practice and the central connection point between our patients and clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury wellness and aesthetics environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless, elevated patient experience from the first phone call through ongoing care and long-term patient relationships. The ideal candidate is polished, highly organized, sales-minded, warm, proactive, and passionate about patient relationships, retention, skincare, wellness, and creating an exceptional concierge-level experience. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Experience Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring a seamless and elevated visit experience Maintain a pristine, organized, luxury front office environment Manage provider schedules, appointment confirmations, and daily patient flow Collect payments, process transactions, review financing options, and maintain accurate financial documentation Patient Retention, Rebooking & Relationship Management Own patient retention efforts to maximize continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Rebook patients according to customized treatment plans before departure Follow up with missed appointments, inactive patients, and maintenance treatment opportunities Build strong patient relationships that encourage loyalty, referrals, and repeat visits Track retention and rebooking performance metrics Assist in developing and promoting loyalty programs and patient engagement initiatives Consultation Support, Sales & Revenue Growth Conduct pre-consultation calls to educate prospective patients, gather relevant information, and prepare them for their visit Identify patient goals and help guide them toward the appropriate consultation and treatment pathways Support skincare consultations and confidently recommend medical-grade skincare products Drive retail skincare sales through patient education and personalized recommendations Present, educate, and confidently sell treatment packages, memberships, and wellness programs Assist in converting consultations into booked treatments and long-term treatment plans Support monthly revenue goals through package sales, memberships, patient retention, and upselling opportunities where appropriate Clinical Communication Liaison Serve as the primary communication bridge between patients and clinical providers Coordinate patient questions, follow-up communication, treatment instructions, and provider updates Ensure timely communication via phone, text, email, and practice management systems Support seamless collaboration between front office and clinical teams Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate patient records within EMR/practice management software Ensure intake forms, consents, treatment documentation, and payment records are complete Support retail inventory awareness and front office supply organization Assist with promotions, patient outreach campaigns, special events, and community engagement initiatives Qualifications 2+ years experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, concierge medicine, hospitality, or luxury customer service preferred Previous sales experience in aesthetics, memberships, retail skincare, or wellness programs strongly preferred Proven ability to confidently present and close treatment packages, memberships, and retail recommendations Strong communication skills across phone, text, email, and in-person interactions Highly organized with strong multitasking and follow-through skills Professional appearance and polished, patient-focused demeanor Experience with EMR or practice management software preferred Passion for aesthetics, regenerative wellness, skincare, and patient care Ideal Candidate Traits We are looking for someone who is: Relationship-driven and naturally warm Sales confident and results oriented Organized, proactive, and detail focused Passionate about luxury hospitality and patient care Comfortable discussing treatments, memberships, and pricing Skilled at building trust and long-term patient loyalty Excited about wellness, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine Compensation & Incentives Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience + performance incentives Potential bonus opportunities: Membership sales incentives Package sales commissions Retail skincare sales bonuses Patient retention/rebooking bonuses Team performance incentives Employee treatment and product perks Why Join Recover Restore Revive?
