Job Description

Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Concierg e. The concierge is the face of our Town facility; and is committed to an exemplary experience for all visitors, staff, and elected officials with whom they engage. They greet and assist visitors, staff, and elected officials as they enter the lobby area of the building, instruct visitors on sign-in procedures/policies, answer inquiries, provide information, and notify stakeholders of security/safety concerns as needed. This position ensures the lobby area remains clean and presentable throughout regular hours of operation, reports any issues to facilities, and receives and signs for any packages and mail delivered to the building. The primary schedule of this position will be Monday - Thursday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Welcome visitors to the building, and assist with sign-in procedures using Gilbert's visitor sign-in technology; Engage with people in the lobby, sharing information about the building, answering questions, and making introductions as needed; Assist with pick up/shipping for Town store purchases and wellness prizes; Receive, review, and respond as necessary to emails, including emails that come into the general HR email inbox, from internal and external customers; Answer incoming phone calls from residents, business owners, and staff; Assist with scanning and uploading documentation as needed; And more! Note:
This position is currently undergoing benchmarking and the pay range for the role will be updated as soon as it is completed. We anticipate the hiring range for the role will be $20 - $22/hour.

You are also someone who has the Knowledge and Skills ( Either upon hire or within the first 30 days): Comfort with various technology tools, including Office 365, text, phone transfers, supply and meal ordering sites, digital visitor tools, and others;

ADA and Other Requirements This position will require communicating, hearing, seeing, moving throughout the lobby area, typing, carrying less than 10 pounds, opening/closing doors, light dusting & sweeping, managing multiple priorities at once, answering a variety of questions and displaying a positive attitude while working with others.
