Job Description
Do you love helping people, staying organized, and being the calm center of a fast-paced office? We are a growing chiropractic and wellness office in Gilbert seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized New Patient Concierge to help create an exceptional experience for our patients from their very first interaction with our office. This role is perfect for someone who is: ✔ Great on the phone ✔ Extremely organized ✔ Emotionally intelligent ✔ Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment ✔ Passionate about helping people feel welcomed and cared for You will be responsible for: Scheduling and coordinating new patient appointments Managing patient communication via phone, text, and email Following up with no-shows and rebooking appointments Assisting patients through the intake and onboarding process Supporting front office operations and schedule flow Experience in chiropractic, medical, dental, wellness, or hospitality is preferred — but we are willing to train the right personality.
