  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Professional Organizer and Concierge to elevate our clients' lifestyles through exceptional service and meticulous organization.
In this role, you will serve as a dedicated personal assistant, helping clients streamline their spaces, manage their schedules, and access personalized concierge services. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure every client experience is seamless, efficient, and tailored to their unique needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine organizational expertise with top-tier customer service in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Duties Collaborate closely with clients to assess their organizational needs and develop customized plans for decluttering, space optimization, and time management. Execute hands-on organization of residential, office, or commercial spaces, ensuring functional and aesthetic improvements. Provide personalized concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging travel plans, sourcing hard-to-find items, and managing appointments. Maintain excellent communication with clients via phone, email, or in person, ensuring their expectations are exceeded at every touchpoint. Manage scheduling logistics for clients' personal or professional commitments with precision and professionalism. Assist with special projects that require detailed planning and execution, including event preparation or relocation support. Uphold high standards of professionalism by demonstrating exemplary phone etiquette, guest relations skills, and hospitality expertise. Qualifications Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Previous experience in hotel or resort hospitality roles is a strong plus, demonstrating excellent guest services and guest relations skills. Proven customer service experience with a friendly, proactive attitude. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Background in restaurant or front desk operations provides valuable hospitality insights. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive client interactions. Experience in organizing spaces and managing concierge services is mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
