Monday-Saturday | 12pm-8pm | 5-day workweek

Our Chapman BMW on Camelback location is hiring a BMW Genius to deliver an exceptional client experience through product expertise, customer support, and brand representation. This role is ideal for a customer service-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn and explain new technology. Responsibilities Greet clients in the sales and service departments and introduce BMW Genius services Explain vehicle features, technology, and product information to clients Assist the sales team with test drives and vehicle deliveries Communicate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and scheduling updates with sales staff Educate clients and dealership teams on new BMW products, features, and accessories Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction and answer questions professionally Stay current on BMW technology, features, and competitor products Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience required Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn new technology and clearly explain features to clients Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers, tablets, and dealership technology systems Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening
