Full Job Description Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge to serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with resident inquiries, managing building access and coordinating community services. Compensation:
$24+ per hour FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Your Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, answering any questions Assist residents with inquiries, service requests, and community-related information Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly, and professional manner Communicate with maintenance and management teams to address the residents' needs Maintain the reception area and common areas in a clean and tidy manner Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail and packages Update new and existing homeowners' information in the appropriate system Assist in dispersing key fobs to residents and securing/controlling the inventory of the fobs and all access keys Assist residents in requests such as coordinating timely valet car delivery, accessing transportation, or making reservations at local venues Assist the manager in communicating policy and procedure updates to all relevant onsite staff Assist the manager in ensuring the valet, doorman, and lobby ambassador employees are performing to the highest standard Coordinate resident move-ins, move-outs, and large item deliveries Manage contractor and vendor parking and access procedures, ensuring all vendors comply with access rules and regulations Skills and Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing, and personable Able to identify issues and resolve them before problems arise Able to work independently with little supervision Superb judgment and decision-making skills Able to prioritize and adjust to incoming demands Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, emphasizing clarity, accuracy, correct grammar, timeliness, and brevity. Proven ability to diffuse tense situations, handling difficult conversations effectively Proficient with standard office technology and software Demonstrates superior organizational skills Education and Experience:
HOA, Property Management, and/or Hospitality Concierge experience is a plus Physical Requirements:
