  • 6:00 PM) Position Overview We are seeking professional, polished, and customer-focused Concierge Representatives to join a premier luxury townhome community.
This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective tenants, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily community operations. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hospitality-driven environment. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of service. Training on the BuildingLink property management system will be provided at a nearby community prior to the first onsite shift. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive resident experience. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist residents with service requests, package notifications, amenity reservations, and community information. Monitor and manage resident communications through the BuildingLink system. Coordinate with property management, maintenance staff, and vendors to address resident needs. Maintain accurate records, logs, and resident information. Receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and correspondence. Assist with community events, resident engagement activities, and special projects. Ensure the front office, lobby, and common areas remain organized and presentable. Support general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and report preparation. Handle confidential resident information with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, leasing, administrative, or related experience. Experience working in luxury residential, hospitality, hotel, country club, or high-end customer service environments preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable learning and utilizing property management software and technology systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer applications. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, leasing, or residential property management experience. Experience with BuildingLink or similar property management systems. #IND1
