Front Desk Concierge We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our community. Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Assist residents with inquiries and provide information about community services Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Walk the community to monitor safety and ensure a clean, welcoming environment Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols Coordinate with maintenance and management staff as needed Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Skills and Qualifications:
