In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the monitoring customer alarm systems and daily customer support interactions.

TWO SHIFTS
2nd (1400-2200) and 3rd (2200-0600)
Your Responsibilities :
Attentiveness:
Monitor and acknowledge video signals and alarms from customers' video alarm systems (BONUS
PAID FOR ARRESTS
) Provide accurate information to the proper authorities by notifying appropriate points of contact of issues that arise i.e., dispatch police or security teams on verified threats and/or suspicious behavior
Customer Support:
Use your customer service skills and communication skills to be the superhero customers didn't know they needed Effectively document customer interactions regarding incidents, account inquiries and service requests
Qualifications:
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic industry. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong desire to learn and grow. Successful completion of a DISA drug test and background screening.
