Job Title:
Client Concierge We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience and can represent our office with the highest level of professionalism.
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all patients. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, professionalism, and exceptional client care, ideally with prior experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment , where attention to detail and elevated service standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Verify patient information and handle administrative tasks Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience required Experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience in a medical or cosmetic dermatology office is a plus
