Duties Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are upheld. Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or incidents, utilizing CPR or first aid skills when necessary. Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for residents, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating disputes when they arise. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders during critical incidents or investigations. Minor Valet duties. Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies. Certification in CPR, first aid, or conflict management is preferred; ongoing training is supported. Familiarity with security protocols including access control procedures and emergency response plans. Strong observational skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies. Experience working overnight shifts or in a 24/7 security environment is advantageous but not required.
