About the Role Thomas Dale & Associates is seeking an experienced, highly professional Armed Security & Concierge Agent to staff a Beverly Hills office building during overnight hours. In addition to safeguarding the premises, you will act as a front‑of‑house concierge, providing a welcoming, secure environment for tenants and visitors. Key Responsibilities Monitor the property via CCTV and respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. Conduct access control, verify credentials, and manage visitor sign‑ins.
Perform concierge duties:
greeting guests, handling deliveries, coordinating building services, and assisting tenants with inquiries. Maintain detailed incident reports and daily logs. Enforce all safety protocols, fire‑watch procedures, and emergency evacuation plans. Coordinate with local law‑enforcement and emergency responders as needed. Represent the client professionally, upholding a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in security, military service, or law enforcement. Valid California driver's license and personal auto insurance. Active BSIS Guard Card and Firearms Permit (CCW preferred). Proven ability to work independently, stay alert during night shifts, and exercise sound judgment under pressure. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Physical fitness to stand/move for extended periods and handle equipment.
Compensation Starting pay:
$30-32 per hour (commensurate with experience). Opportunity for additional assignments with other clients throughout the year.
