Our model blends clinical precision with a concierge-level experience, integrating advanced services such as IV Vitamin Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, PEMF, and Acoustic Wave Therapy. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) & Front Desk Wellness Concierge for a full-time role that blends clinical care with an elevated member experience and front desk operations. This is an experience-first role supported by clinical expertise. You will help shape the member experience by guiding them through their sessions, ensuring safety, and creating a seamless, elevated environment. Clinically competent and confident with IV therapy Personable, energetic, and client-focused Interested in health, wellness, and longevity Comfortable operating in both clinical and hospitality settings Clinical Responsibilities Start and monitor IV Vitamin Therapy and vitamin injections Take and monitor vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation) Monitor client safety and response during all services Operate under a Medical Director with established protocols Maintain accurate documentation using Patient Now Identify and escalate any contraindications or adverse responses Client Experience & Front Desk Responsibilities Deliver elevated, concierge-level client experience Greet clients, check them in/out, and manage scheduling systems Build rapport with members and create a welcoming environment Educate clients on services and guide them through their sessions Support membership conversations and transition into sales after member onboarding period Contribute to KPIs related to client conversion and retention Technology & Session Management
  • Set up and guide clients through services including: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Cryotherapy Red Light Therapy PEMF Acoustic Wave Therapy (HydroPulse)
  • Monitor clients during sessions to ensure safety and comfort
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of all equipment Qualifications Active LVN license in California IV Certified Experience with IV insertion and patient monitoring Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with Patient Now, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive (or ability to learn quickly) Requirements Customer/Client Focus Teamwork Orientation Problem Solving/Analysis Communication Proficiency Ethical Conduct Stress Management/Composure Discretion Preferred Background Experience in aesthetic, wellness, or recovery-based environments Interest in health, performance, and longevity optimization Experience in client-facing or hospitality-driven roles Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This position operates in a professional wellness environment that blends clinical care with advanced recovery technologies. The role includes both front desk operations and hands-on client support within treatment areas. Regularly required to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility Frequent use of hands to assist clients and operate equipment Ability to monitor and assist clients during sessions Ability to lift or move light equipment as needed Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with future flexibility required for weekend shifts as the business grows. Preferred Education and Experience 1. College degree (preferred, not required) 2. 1-2 years of related clinical or wellness experience 3.
