Director of Private Client Experience Luxury Fashion Brand | Los Angeles, CA $160,000-$180,000 A confidential luxury fashion brand is seeking a senior client experience leader to oversee private client relationships and elevate the brand's high-touch service strategy. This role will shape how the brand is experienced across every touchpoint-from private appointments and bespoke fittings to exclusive events and ongoing relationship management. This individual will serve as a key ambassador for the brand, building trusted relationships with a highly selective client base while partnering closely with leadership on retention, introductions, and long-term engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and a refined understanding of luxury environments, with experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals in highly discreet settings. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with a highly selective private client base Serve as a senior point of contact for VIP clientele, bespoke requests, and high-touch engagements Lead private appointments, fittings, intimate events, and in-home client experiences Establish standards for hospitality, communication, and service across all client touchpoints Partner with executive and creative leadership to ensure the client experience reflects the brand's identity Represent the brand within luxury, fashion, and cultural settings Provide insight into client preferences, relationship opportunities, and evolving expectations Support organic growth through referrals, trusted networks, and long-term loyalty Qualifications 8-12+ years supporting UHNW or VIP clients within luxury fashion, jewelry, hospitality, or related sectors Strong track record building trusted relationships in high-discretion environments Excellent communication skills and polished executive presence Comfortable in fast-paced, founder-led environments Flexible for occasional travel and after-hours events Strong aesthetic sensibility and cultural awareness
