Circuit—a sequence of therapies designed to help the body reset, recover, and function more effectively. This is not a passive front desk role. You are the experience. You keep the space flowing, the energy high, and the experience seamless.

RECHARGE

Circuit (moving between therapies and stations) Set up and reset treatment stations between clients Maintain flow, timing, and overall experience quality Answer basic questions and reinforce what clients are doing and why Educate clients on services and support excitement around add-ons and private sessions Support a calm, positive, and professional environment Work closely with the clinical and front office team Who You Are Naturally energetic, warm, and engaging Able to hold space for healing while keeping the environment focused and positive Strong communicator—comfortable educating clients in a clear, approachable way Confident introducing and recommending additional services when appropriate Excellent at multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment Attentive to detail—you notice what needs to be done and do it Comfortable interacting with a wide range of people Calm under pressure, but able to keep things moving Interested in health, wellness, and how the body heals A team player who takes initiative Background / Experience Experience in hospitality, fitness, chiropractic, medical, or high-touch service environments preferred Experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles (restaurant, front desk, studio environments, etc.) highly valued Medical assistant background is a plus, but not required Schedule & Compensation Part-time to start, with strong potential to grow into full-time Includes weekday and some weekend availability Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding practice $25-35/hour to start Why This Role Matters You are a key part of how people experience
