This is a part-time position averaging 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily spa operations Answering phones & scheduling appointments Greeting and assisting clients Maintaining a polished spa environment Handling customer service needs Inventory logging & light payroll duties Supporting staff and daily workflow The ideal candidate: Has previous sales or customer service experience

REQUIRED

Loves the beauty & wellness industry Is outgoing, polished, professional, and detail oriented Thrives in a fast-paced environment Can multitask and problem solve with confidence Is computer proficient Has strong communication and leadership skills Is motivated to help grow the business and create an exceptional client experience Previous spa, salon, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including weekends Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable with computer systems and booking software Sales experience and confidence recommending products/services Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for the beauty, wellness, and spa industry If you are passionate about skincare, self-care, and being part of a strong, supportive team, we would love to hear from you!
