PART-TIME
Concierge for our Lofts inDowntown Los Angeles, CA Schedule:
Sat & Sun 4:00PM-12:00AM Ensuring the smooth and efficient running and the patrol of the buildings. Responding to the needs of residents and addressing any problems that occur during the shift. Reporting all major issues with regional and or law enforcement. Communicating effectively with all tenants who arrive in and out of the building. Managing all tenant complaints. Assisting residents with their queries and needs.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy
