Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a polished and service-focused Front Desk Concierge for a contract/temporary opportunity in a luxury residential property environment in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression, supporting residents and guests, and helping maintain a safe, organized, and high-service front desk operation. The Front Desk Concierge serves as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and internal teams. This opportunity offers a professional, team-oriented environment where discretion, reliability, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service are highly valued. Candidates with experience in luxury hospitality, residential services, hotel front office, concierge, or guest services settings will be well positioned for success. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion while delivering high-quality concierge service.
  • Manage visitor access, guest protocols, package handling, deliveries, and vendor coordination in accordance with property procedures.
  • Monitor front desk systems, phone systems, access controls, security cameras, and building activity to support daily operations and safety.
  • Log packages, incidents, deliveries, service requests, and work orders accurately using property management or front desk systems.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally following established protocols.
  • Coordinate with management, engineering, security, lifestyle, and other internal teams to ensure smooth communication across shifts. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $19.00 to $26.00 per hour.

  • Schedule:
    Must be available to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime availability may be required based on operational needs.
