Residential Front Desk (PM Shift-Full Time-DTLA)

Concierge Salary :

$18 - $19 Job Description As concierge, we serve as the face of the community and play an integral role in managing the day-to-day operations. Must bring in a smile and good attitude every day to work. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and will be able to complete tasks without much supervision. Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative, clerical work and other assigned office projects.

Job Duties:

Provides a warm welcome to guests Check-in guests & vendors and ensure all visitors are permitted to enter the building Camera Monitoring Package Management and Notification Monitor building access points and complete building patrols Report Maintenance/Community issues Complete Incident Reports Respond to resident inquiries via phone and email Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality Delegate tasks and duties to appropriate Departments Occasionally lift to 25 pounds Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment

Guest and Residential Parking Monitoring Basic Qualifications:

Possess a strong level of professionalism, customer service skills, and excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and provide creative solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma Customer service or Hospitality experience

PM 8 hour shift
