WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, delivering an exceptional ownership experience Present and demonstrate luxury vehicles with product knowledge, enthusiasm, and finesse Consult with clients to understand their needs and match them to the right vehicle and financing options Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers Stay informed on brand developments, market trends, and competitive products Participate in training sessions and brand-specific events Coordinate with service and support staff to ensure seamless client transitions and VIP treatment Assist with test drive coordination, vehicle staging, and upkeep of demo/loaner fleet

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven track record in customer-facing roles—automotive, hospitality, or high-end retail preferred Passion for luxury cars and a natural ability to inspire excitement and trust Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital retailing platforms Positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to personal and team success Must have a valid California driver's license and pass a background and drug screening

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED (college degree preferred) Sales or customer service experience (luxury background is a plus) Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
