The front desk is a critical part of entire client experience, the first and last impression every client carries with them. The best front desk staff set the tone for the entire clinic, and that is exactly who we are hiring. This is one role with real range. You will run the front of house day to day, and as you prove yourself, grow into white-glove concierge work and a clear pathway into operations leadership. Where you start depends on your background, and how far you go is up to you. What you'll do Greet clients and set a calm, polished tone the moment they walk in Manage scheduling and intake coordination Keep clinic flow smooth across the day Own hospitality and presentation standards Handle follow-up and retention communication with clients (via Spruce Health and our Client Portal on Practice Better) Deliver white-glove management of high-net-worth clients Support assessment bookings and program conversions Support Clinic lead and Management team Own the premium client experience end to end Bonuses and growth Compensation includes a competitive performance bonus structure tied to bookings, conversions, patient satisfaction, and retention. Pay:
