No prior estimating experience required. Key ResponsibilitiesCreating Outstanding Customer Experiences Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted guide for customers from drop-off through vehicle delivery. Greet customers warmly, listen with empathy, and clearly explain the repair process and timelines in plain language. Perform thorough vehicle walk-around inspections and document damage with photos and detailed notes. Keep customers proactively informed with friendly updates throughout the repair so they always feel cared for. Handle questions, concerns, and the exciting "Your car is ready!" moments with professionalism and genuine care. Estimating & Repair Coordination Prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates using CCC ONE (full training provided — no prior experience needed). Work closely with technicians to ensure all damage is properly identified and documented. Communicate professionally with insurance partners and help manage claims smoothly. Manage supplements and keep files organized, complete, and accurate. Parts, Inventory & Paint Supplies (Important Hybrid Responsibility) Order, receive, and properly inventory parts and paint supplies to keep repairs moving on schedule. Maintain accurate inventory records so the right materials are available when needed. Coordinate with vendors and support the team by keeping parts flow smooth and organized. Team Collaboration & Shop Excellence Work positively and collaboratively every day with technicians, painters, fellow CSRs, and leadership. Participate in daily production meetings and contribute ideas to improve flow and customer experience. Maintain excellent notes and documentation so the whole team stays aligned.
