About Us We are a luxury Napa Valley wine brand dedicated to producing small-lot wines of distinction and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. We believe every guest interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression and build meaningful relationships that extend well beyond the tasting experience. We are seeking a polished, personable, and detail-oriented Estate Ambassador to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wine, hospitality, and relationship-building, with a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences while contributing to direct-to-consumer sales and membership growth. This is a full-time position with flexibility to grow. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities
  • Host private tasting experiences and winery tours
  • Share the winery story, vineyards, and wines in an engaging and authentic manner
  • Build meaningful relationships with guests and foster long-term engagement
  • Drive wine sales and membership acquisition through exceptional hospitality
  • Conduct thoughtful and timely post-visit follow-up
  • Assist with daily hospitality setup, breakdown, and presentation standards
  • Support winery events, member experiences, and special hospitality programs
  • Manage reservations, guest communications, and customer inquiries
  • Process wine orders and maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems
  • Work closely with fellow winery partners and brands operating at the estate to deliver elevated hospitality experiences for guests
  • Collaborate with winery leadership to achieve hospitality and sales goals Qualifications
  • Previous winery, hospitality, luxury service, or sales experience preferred
  • Passion for wine and hospitality
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; engaging and energetic personality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings
  • Experience with CRM and reservation systems preferred Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$60,000 - $75,000 DOE
  • 5% commission on attributable wine sales
