This dynamic role involves providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service talents while contributing to a memorable guest experience. Duties Greet members and guests warmly by name, creating a positive first impression Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using club management systems Provide information about amenities, services, and events to members and visitors Handle member inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate reservations, rentals, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary Skills Previous hotel or resort experience is a strong advantage, especially in front desk or guest services roles Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations best practices Phone etiquette expertise for professional communication over calls and inquiries Restaurant or hospitality experience is beneficial for understanding guest needs in resort settings
