Venue Concierge

Venue Concierge Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Venue Concierge to support the event day operations of our venue. This role involves ensuring smooth event execution, providing exceptional client service, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment and touring prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues during events. Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure operations run efficiently and clients/guests are satisfied. Give tours of the venue to potential clients to assist the sales process. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the venue throughout events. Support administrative tasks such as building tour materials, imputing tour notes post tours and responding to emails or phone calls. Uphold venue policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Assist in setting up and breaking down events, ensuring all areas are properly organized and meet client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours based on event schedules. Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
