This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting office functions. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and proficient with office management tools. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients . This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and excellent communication are highly valued. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Handle front desk responsibilities including check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling appointments Maintain accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for staff and clients Perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document management Support office management activities including bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing courteous service Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized Support administrative tasks such as calendar management and personal assistant duties as needed Skills Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and data accuracy Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is advantageous Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in client-facing positions and possess strong organizational capabilities.
