Full Job Description About Us:

Del Paso Country Club is a prestigious private country club known for its excellent service and beautiful surroundings. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Wellness Attendant to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Clean and sanitize gym equipment Organize gym equipment and keep the reception area tidy Perform other duties as assigned

Expectations:

Greet members by name and answer phone calls in a friendly manner Keep the gym floor clean and organized, including restocking amenities and beverage stations Learn about and promote the club's services, events, and amenities Maintain locker rooms and ensure they are clean and organized Keep work area neat and stocked Assist the wellness team as needed and be flexible with scheduling Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:

Prior club or hospitality experience preferred Previous gym experience preferred Previous customer service experience required Must be available to work holidays and weekends Ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying towels, moving weights, and standing for extended periods Strong interpersonal and communication skills Pleasant, polite demeanor and neat appearance Professional demeanor when interacting with staff and members Join our team at Del Paso Country Club and be a part of a welcoming and professional environment!
