Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Concierge to join our automotive service team. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our dealership, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Your energetic approach will help streamline vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, coordinate service appointments, and provide information and guidance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, facilitate their automotive needs, and contribute to a positive dealership experience. A background in customer service especially in a dealership setting is highly valued, but not required. Duties Greet customers warmly upon arrival Coordinate service appointments and communicate effectively with ASMs and customers Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services Manage cash handling, billing, and final invoicing Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle histories Perform book-keeping and data entry duties as needed Skills Background in the automotive industry desired, but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds Effective cash handling skills and attention to detail in billing processes Education High School Diploma or GED required Experience 1-2 years of customer service, client relations, or front-facing experience required Prior experience in an automotive, retail, hospitality, or dealership environment preferred, but not required Experience with a DSM platform, specifically Reynolds & Reynolds, preferred Strong Math, Verbal, and Communication skills preferred Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply Physical Requirements The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.   • Occasionally Lifting items between 15-30 lbs with assistance
  • Rarely Close vision for screen work; ability to adjust focus
  • Continuously Moving throughout the dealership or office facility
  • Occasionally Working in an open office or customer-facing environment
Continously Note:
This position is primarily sedentary. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and operate standard office equipment. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
