Per Diem Mobile IV Nurse San Jose Concierge Role

Job Overview Revival Hydration is hiring a Mobile Concierge RN to provide in-home IV therapy visits throughout San Jose and the surrounding Bay Area. This is a flexible per diem / PRN role for a nurse with strong IV skills, excellent bedside manner, and reliable communication. Our nurses travel to clients' homes, hotels, offices, and events to deliver premium mobile IV therapy in a professional, warm, and efficient way. This role is ideal for an RN who is confident working independently, enjoys a concierge-style environment, and is available for flexible weekday, evening, and weekend appointments. Responsibilities Perform IV starts safely and efficiently in mobile settings Administer IV drips, IM injections, and wellness treatments according to standing orders and company protocols Review booking details, treatment type, client count, and forms before appointments Take and document vitals, assess the client, and communicate any concerns appropriately Provide a calm, polished, high-end client experience in homes, hotels, and other locations Chart accurately and communicate with the medical provider and team as needed Maintain inventory awareness and notify the team of low or expiring suppliesArrive on time, communicate clearly, and handle appointments professionally from start to finish. Qualifications Active California RN license in good standing Current BLS certification required; ACLS is a plus Strong IV insertion skills required; ER, infusion, pre-op, PACU, med spa, mobile IV, or urgent care experience is preferred Comfort working independently and traveling to client appointments Professional appearance, strong bedside manner, and excellent communication Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends Must be organized, responsive, and able to follow clinical and operational protocols.
