The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will manage front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your role is vital in creating a positive impression and delivering efficient support to visitors, clients, and staff. Responsibilities Greet visitors and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting for staff and visitors. Support office management tasks including bookkeeping with QuickBooks, proofing documents, and performing clerical duties. Utilize computer skills to operate Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace applications, and other relevant software. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, assisting with information requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong clerical and administrative skills. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and QuickBooks. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is advantageous. Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, proofreading, bookkeeping, and calendar management is preferred.
