As an Aesthetic Concierge, you'll be part of a dynamic team that celebrates initiative, teamwork, and dedication.What You'll Do:
Lead Patient Experiences:
Greet and manage patient check-in/out, ensuring every client feels welcomed and cared for.Facilitate Appointments & Communication:
Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and text communications through our Curogram portal, responding promptly and professionally.Support Medical Staff:
Assist with patient flow, ensuring the seamless coordination of services.Maintain Excellence:
Keep the front area clean, organized, and inviting.Offer Aesthetic Services:
Provide facials, Hydrafacials, and chemical peels if licensed or trained to do so.Drive Sales & Marketing Efforts:
Promote treatments and products, contributing to the clinic's growth.Create & Collaborate:
Occasionally assist with social media content to showcase the warm, inviting atmosphere of our spa.Who You Are:
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working collaboratively with a team. Adaptable and skilled in multitasking, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Dedicated to providing a high-quality patient experience and contributing to a supportive team culture. Experienced in customer service, aesthetics, or hospitality (1-2 years preferred). Licensed or willing to train in providing basic aesthetic treatments (preferred but not required).
