Daily Responsibilities Welcome residents, guests, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer incoming calls promptly and provide exceptional customer service Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate team members Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up Respond appropriately to resident emergency calls and notify the correct team members Support department leaders with administrative projects, reports, and special assignments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Assist with community tours for prospective residents and families as needed Help create an inviting atmosphere that reflects Quail Park's commitment to hospitality and excellence What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum one year of customer service experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer service Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and team members Preferred Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or administrative experience Experience working in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-focused environments Additional Requirements Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Current Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain) Completion of annual continuing education requirements (company provided) Ability to meet state licensing and health requirements Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screening, TB testing, and criminal background clearance Who You Are You are someone who: Loves helping people and making them feel welcome Has a positive attitude and a genuine smile Stays organized and calm while juggling multiple tasks Takes initiative and enjoys supporting a team Understands that every interaction helps shape the experience of residents and their families Make a Difference Every Day At Quail Park at Shannon Ranch, the Concierge Receptionist is more than a front desk position—it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help create a community where residents feel valued, supported, and at home.
